Our Story

An Irish Pub & Restaurant: The Shannon Rose Irish Pub is Doherty’s own concept, developed and designed by Shannon Doherty Portell. It’s a friendly, inviting pub serving a wide variety of authentic Irish/American foods and perfect pints of favorite brews with Irish hospitality. The interior is warm and cozy, with beautiful Celtic motifs and fine Irish craftsmanship from floor to ceiling. Shannon Rose Clifton was opened in 2007 and Ramsey followed shortly after in 2012.
